What are your shipping zones and delivery times?
We currently offer nationwide shipping. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are processed the same day, with most deliveries arriving within 24 to 48 hours to ensure maximum product integrity.
Can I return meat products if I change my mind?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for food safety reasons. However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
